Proceeds fund programs for low-income seniors, families and individuals such as LSSN’s DigiMart digital food choice pantry, Open Air Market, job readiness services and rental assistance.
“Our annual wine tasting gala is a fun way to learn more about LSSN and while supporting critical programs for our community’s most vulnerable citizens,” said Armena Mnatsakanyan, executive director of Lutheran Social Services of Southern Nevada.
LSSN’s events help the organization continue to serve over 15,000 individuals and families in need annually and to successfully break the continuous cycle of poverty, homelessness and hunger in our community. LSSN opened its doors in 1985 as a small clothing closet run by a small group of volunteers and has since grown to a nationally recognized organization that has, since its inception, served over 200,000 local families in need in Southern Nevada with a variety of programs.
