LAS VEGAS – Gastronomes, epicureans and adult beverage connoisseurs will gather to enjoy an array of culinary concoctions at Andson Inc.’s Sharpen Your Senses food and libation paring fundraiser, Sept. 30, 6 – 9 p.m., at Southern Highlands Golf Club Event Lawn, 1 Robert Trent Jones Lane.  The event will feature multiple food and libation paring stations, each with a culinary item created by award-winning Southern Highlands Golf Club Chef Terry Redihan.  Food items will be paired with a variety of adult beverages including craft beer, wines and craft cocktails. The evening will also feature a special performance by tribute band IE Journey.

Tickets are $100 and include admittance to the event and a special commemorative glass with the Andson logo etched on it.  Sponsorships are available starting at $2,500. To purchase tickets or for more information on sponsorships, visit www.andson.org/events.

Both wine enthusiasts and novices will enjoy the Libations Wall, for a donation guests choose a numbered cork from the wall and receive the bottle with the corresponding number, and the Mystery Bag, where for a donation guests can choose from over 50 wine carriers, some containing a high caliber prize such as a vintage bottle of wine.
